These images of industry, primarily in the United States, range from early archival images to recent HD (1080i) footage. The information to the right of each subject indicates the original format of the media (eg. DV 4-3 = standard definition footage in 4-3 aspect ratio, captured/shot using the DV codec). We are attempting to make much of this footage available for other filmmakers and educators to use. Adding collections of clips for on-line viewing is extremely time-consuming, so we'll be doing this a little at a time. If a subject looks like it might be of use in your media production, please feel free to contact us about up-loading clips for on-line preview. If the footage seems a good match, we will make the effort to up-load the clips we have. A research fee will likely be required for large collections to help cover our costs of adding the collection.
